Another poll of Michigan voters released this morning shows Republican gubernatorial candidate Rick Snyder with a huge lead -- 53% to 26% -- over Democratic rival Virg Bernero.
The poll of 600 likely voters by Mitchell Research & Communication of East Lansing found Snyder ahead among men (61%-23%), women (46%-28%) and independents (54%-13%). It was conducted August 25-29, and has a margin of error of plus or minus four percentage points.
