California: New Districts May be Ready for 2006 Primaries

Of course all this means nothing if the people of California don't vote for Proposition 77. I can't imagine anyone but the most extreme wacko being against it, but the extreme wackos do control the media. Therefore, they will do all they can to trick Californians into voting against this great law which would end Gerrymandering in the state.
