Sylvio has not conceded, but most people agree he has lost.
Too bad about this election, just when the United States was getting good news from Canada, Germany and Poland in recent elections—all three nations having voted in pro-democratic, anti-socialist governments.
Hopefully Romano Prodi won't be a total nut job.
