There ARE Some Republicans in Massachusetts
I found this map on Google Images. It shows the results by municipality of the 2004 Presidential election in Massachusetts. Obviously, since the state is in the clutches of Democrats and it is Billionaire John's home, he won an overwhelming percentage of the towns. Still, it is heartening to see that there are some areas brave enough to have voted for Bush in this American backwater of liberalism.
Also, you will notice that unlike some states, the Republican areas are scattered and not grouped in one area. This has made it easy for the Democrat-controlled state legislature to Gerrymander the state's congressional districts. That explains why all 10 of Massachusetts' House Reps are Democrats.
