In an election for US House of Representatives from Ohio's 1st Congressional District today, just as early voting begins, Republican Steve Chabot is positioned to re-take from Democrat Steve Driehaus the seat in Congress Chabot held for 7 terms before losing it to Driehaus in 2008, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for the Cincinnati Enquirer.Survey USA
It's Chabot 53%, Driehaus 41%, in interviews conducted 09/28/10 and 09/29/10 and released today, 09/30/10, one month till votes are counted. Voters who are enthusiastic vote 2:1 Republican. Voters who cast a ballot with less enthusiasm than in previous years vote 2:1 Democrat.
