Arabs Using Oil Money to Buy Israeli Farm Land

Now this is sneaky...

Vast tracts of Israeli agricultural land in north Israel's Galilee area have been bought up by Arabs with financial backing from the Gulf, Israeli public radio reported on Saturday.

It said dozens of hectares (acres) have been bought and that a local farmers' association had tried in vain to warn the Israeli authorities about the sale.

I found this paragraph in an article about how you could help New Orleans recover from this and that and the other:

ACORN

This organization is dedicated to helping low income families rebuild their homes. They help with the gutting and cleaning of my homes that were effected by Katrina. Since 2005, there have been about 15,000 volunteers and well over 400,000 hours of volunteer time, total. Since then they have saved about 3,000 homes. If your heart is in the less fortunate, you may want to check out their website.
