Britain = Mediocrity: Public Against School System That Would Allow Gifted Students to Excel

Instead of building new grammar schools for the most able,
we should concentrate on improving education for all
children by introducing setting and streaming in every
secondary school so that children of similar academic
ability in particular subjects are taught together
