Iowa Stunner
Obama will be back in Iowa to defend a state that everyone had written off as safely Democrat just a few days ago. Poll numbers have fallen drastically in Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota over the last week, although Obama still has a tiny lead in each of these states.

It would be a stuner. There's a reason that Iowa is still blue and that's because John McCain isn't popular with Republicans here. he didn't participate in the 2000 or 2008 straw poll (big fundraisers for Republicans) or campaign hard either year for the caucuses. I'm not sure why Obama decided to stop here again, but the race would be long over if he was in trouble in Iowa. The fact that he decided to stop again is really more a sign of hisconfidence.
